感染拡大防止のためのガイドライン

 

2022年8月1日

フリゲート・エアロツアーズ（株）の新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止策は、政府の「新型コロナウイルス感染症対策基本方針」、新型インフルエンザ及び新型感染症対策特別措置法第24条第9項に基づく大阪府の感染拡大対策プログラムを指針としています。内容は、今後の状況の変化に応じて、随時修正されます。

 

安全・安心への取り組み

 

公共エリア

• • アルコール消毒剤はオフィスのゲストエリアに用意されています。

• • 複数のゲストが触れるテーブルやドアノブは、こまめに清掃し、消毒剤で拭きます。

• • 全従業員マスク着用します。

• • ゲストエリアに注意を喚起するためにポスターが設置されています。

 

社員の対応

• • 全従業員は来社時に消毒液による手指消毒を行い、勤務中は丁寧な手洗い・うがいを実践しています。

• • 毎朝、従業員は出社前に自宅でセルフヘルスチェックを実施しています。従業員またはその家族に健康上の異常が発見された場合は、所定のマニュアルに基づいて対処します。

• • バックオフィスエリアでは、定期的な換気と消毒剤による拭き取りを行います。

• • 密閉・密接・密着環境への対策として、休憩エリアでの対面での食事や会話を避け、休憩時間をずらします。

• • 閉鎖された、混雑した、密接な接触状態を緩和するよう努めます。

 

ツアープログラムの作成とツアー確認書の発行時における対策

• • 当社はクライアントの希望に応じてツアープログラムを作成しますが、ツアーのスケジュールと目的地は現在のコロナの状況に応じて変更される場合があります。

• • 混雑した場所を避け、混雑していない時間帯にプログラムを調整します。

• • 20名以上のグループは分け、十分なスペースを確保するためにレストランや施設で別々の予約を取ります。

• • ツアー確認書には、日本の現在のコロナウイルスの状況に関する必要な情報をすべて提供し、ツアー中および空き時間にクライアントが定められた規則に従っていることを確認します。

• • すべてのインバウンドクライアントは、出発前72時間以内にPCR検査が陰性であるまたは予防接種証明書は必要があります。

• • 各ツアー確認書に緊急連絡先を記載しています。

• • コロナウイルスの蔓延に対する対策が万全の会場、ホテル、レストラン、運送会社のみを使用します。

Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 Infections

The measures taken by Frigate Aero Tours Co.Ltd to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections are derived from the government’s Basic Policies for Novel Coronavirus Disease Control and from programs to combat the spread of infections in Osaka Prefecture based on Article 24, Paragraph 9 of the Act on Special Measures for Pandemic Influenza and New Infectious Diseases Preparedness and Response. The contents will be adapted as needed according to changes in future conditions.

 

Measures for safety and security

• - Alcohol disinfectant is provided at the office guest area.

• - Tables and door handles that are touched by multiple guests are frequently cleaned and wiped with disinfectant.

• - All employees are wearing masks.

• - Poster is installed to call attention in the guest area.

• - All employees disinfect their hands with disinfectant upon entering the facility, and practice careful hand-washing and gargling during work.

• - Each morning our employees perform self health-check at home before arriving to work. When a health anomaly is found in an employee or his or her family members, action shall be taken based on the designated manual.

• - In back office areas, regular ventilation and wiping with disinfectant are performed.

• - As a countermeasure to enclosed, crowded, close-contact settings, face-to-face meals and conversations will be avoided in the break areas and break times will be staggered.

• - Efforts will be made to alleviate enclosed, crowded, close-contact conditions.

• - Our company makes a tour program according to the clients preferences but the tour schedule and destinations can be changed according to the current covid situation.

• - We avoid crowded places and make sure to plan the trip within the less busy hours.

• - We split groups bigger than 20 persons and take separate reservations in restaurants and tour objects in order to ensure sufficient space.

• - We provide all the necessary information about the current coronavirus situation in Japan in the tour confirmation and make sure that our clients follow the designated rules while on the tour and on their free time.

• - All our inbound clients must have negative PCR test taken less then 72 hours prior the departure or have a full vaccination certificate valid in Japan.

• - We provide the emergency contacts information in each tour confirmation.

• - We use only those venues, hotels, restaurants and transportation companies that provide full measures against the spread of the coronavirus.
