Measures taken during tour planning and processing of travel documents
-
Our company organizes tour programs according to clients’ wishes; however, travel dates, number and list of facilities, as well as tourist destinations, may be changed depending on the current coronavirus situation.
-
We try to avoid crowded tourist sites and choose the least busy times for visits.
-
We try to split groups of more than 20 people, making separate reservations in restaurants and tourist facilities to avoid cluster infections.
-
We provide all necessary information on the current coronavirus situation in Japan when organizing tours and processing travel documents, and we ensure that tourists follow necessary measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection during excursions and in their free time.
-
All our tourists must have either a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before entering Japan or an international vaccination certificate recognized in Japan.
-
Emergency contact numbers are provided in the tour confirmation.
-
We only use the services of tourist facilities, restaurants, hotels, and transport companies that take measures against the spread of coronavirus infection.
