The tour price includes:
- English-speaking guide services.
- Transportation services (including public transport).
The tour price does not include:
- Meals (meals are optional, must be requested in advance, and are paid separately at a price of ¥4,000 / $40 USD per person per meal).
Notes:
- For tours where train costs are indicated separately, advance fare is applied.
- In addition to standard economy seats on express trains or shinkansen, there is an option for “Upgraded Class (Green Car)”. This must be requested in advance, and child discounts are available.
- Please consult with the manager when making your reservation.
- Delivery of tickets to the hotel for tourists is charged separately.
- If you purchase a JR Pass or transfers for excursions, their cost is indicated separately.
- Train fares are usually already included in the ticket price, so no additional payment is required.
Types of Transportation:

Public transportation: city trains, metro (subway), buses.

Taxi: city taxi, the guide hires a new taxi at each point of the route. Each car accommodates up to 4 people (including the guide).

Economy private transport: your guide also serves as the driver. *Availability is limited – please inquire when making your reservation

Standard private transport: vehicles with velvet interior upholstery.

Private Tours
Private tours are the most comfortable way to explore Japan and its iconic sites. A English-speaking guide will tailor the experience to your preferences, interests, and wishes.
These tours can be enhanced with additional activities, such as museum visits or live performances, for an extra fee. It is also possible to swap one activity for another while keeping the original route; in this case, the tour cost will be recalculated.

For private tours to other cities in Japan (excluding Tokyo), the tour starts from either your hotel or the train station, with intercity travel charged separately.

Private tours can be booked up to 2 working days in advance. During peak season, we recommend booking earlier to secure your preferred date.
