Of course, you can also book hotels on your own using other platforms, but if you book through our website, we will provide you with a Japan visa at a competitive price. We act as your guarantor and ensure your stay in Japan is secure.

Step 1.
To book through Agoda, access the reservation system via the Agoda link or the banner at the bottom of our homepage.
To book through Expedia, you will first need to complete a simple registration (instructions provided).

Step 2.
Select the language and currency most convenient for you.

Step 3.
Book and pay with your own credit card through a fully secure interface. Please make sure to carefully review the booking details, payment conditions, and cancellation penalties before finalizing.
Frigate Aero Tours Co. LTD is not responsible for any penalties applied for cancellations made through online booking systems. You manage your reservations independently!

Step 4.
Provide your email address when completing your reservation. This way, you will receive your booking voucher, which you can print and take with you on your trip.

Step 5.
To apply for a visa, follow the “Visa to Japan” link, book a tourist visa service, and complete your information in a convenient online form.
