Ishigaki is a famous spot for observing manta rays, and you may also encounter turtles, reef sharks, and cuttlefish. Manta rays can be seen here year-round, though they are most commonly spotted between July and September. In October, mantas may gather in small groups. Please note that strong northern winds may affect boat trips.
Duration: 08:00–16:00 (two dives).
Included in the price: diving equipment set, insurance, training, boat seat, camera rental, lunch, and drinks.
The excursion starts from your hotel on Ishigaki Island. Transfers from your hotel to the diving site are available between 08:00 and 09:30.
Two course options are offered:
- A course for beginners with no prior diving experience.
- A course for advanced divers holding a deep-water diving license.
Guide accompaniment is mandatory!
