The tour includes: Arashiyama Historic District – Tenryuji Temple – Togetsukyo Bridge – Bamboo Grove – Okouchi Sanso Villa

During the tour you can:

• Immerse yourself in the charm of old Kyoto in the historic Arashiyama district, popular with locals
• Visit Tenryuji Temple, one of Kyoto’s five most famous Zen temples and a UNESCO World Heritage Site
• Admire the mountains and river from Togetsukyo Bridge, also called the “Moon Crossing Bridge”
• Walk beneath the towering bamboo trees in the Sagano Bamboo Grove, a refreshing escape during warm summer days
• Enjoy a cup of tea in the garden of Okouchi Sanso Villa, renowned for its samurai film heritage

Important notes:
*Your guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby in Kyoto/Osaka and return you there (hotels outside these areas incur an extra charge) or meet you at Kyoto Station (for travelers from Tokyo).
